The Artist James Dunning has read and digested Tolkien’s various works for forty years and has constructed evolving mental landscapes of scenes in Middle-earth. He has tried to depict Tolkien themes presented here in a style consistent with J.R.R. Tolkien’s own illustrative style.

All prints are offered on quality acid-free paper, in the sizes indicated, accurate to ± ~ 1/8”. Paper is cream-colored, except where indicated otherwise. AND SOMEBODY SPOKE and TRIPTYCH are delivered pre-cut. Other prints are on paper oversized to aid in matting, and the purchaser can cut them as desired.
